and customer support

Although our specially fabricated mobile tanks are manufactured elsewhere all mounting work, related electrics and the fitting of hose reels and other components is undertaken on our own premises to exacting standards. We also undertake servicing work, upgrades and revision to competitors systems. Our engineers fit static systems in customer’s premises and these are often specially designed related to the on-site services available, space and the output required.

We recommend that we ‘Speedliner®’ the interior of vans. This is a resin based rubber/polymer sealant which we spray onto the floor pan of the vehicle. This provides a highly robust working surface which seals up the whole area and prevents pure water spills from seeping into the chassis (preventing possible corrosion). All coating facilities are handled in-house.

In an industry which is heavily dependent on equipment continuing to perform for long periods, our experience shows that our industry does not rank particularly highly in product reliability and more importantly in giving good customer support. Aquafactors has always minimised its responsibilities by combining reliable components, quality systems and professional expertise in every project. When a customer has needed help we always prioritise assistance whether it is at our home base or elsewhere. Most companies can provide equipment and put it together. We don’t think you see the mettle of a supplier unless things do go wrong. Only then can you judge whether the company is one that you want to continue to do business with.
